Behind LOYA are Louise and Emile.
Louise shaped its vision and gave the idea its soul. Emile brought the experience and structure to help build it with care. Together, they created a new way to transform meaningful love into something beautifully lasting.

Warm, direct, and guided by the belief that love deserves to be visible. The instinct to build something meaningful of her own had always been there. During her studies at Nyenrode Business University and ESADE, Louise developed that entrepreneurial drive further, learning to bring vision, strategy, and purpose together.
She later advised ambitious companies on strategy and innovation. At Capgemini and Ernst & Young, she built a successful start to her career, but chose to step away from the traditional corporate path to follow her passion and build something of her own.
LOYA grew from that foundation and from a deeply personal question that stayed with her: why are there so few beautiful ways to keep the people and animals we love close? Devoted to her family and a lifelong animal lover, Louise co-founded LOYA with Emile. Together, they brought purpose, beauty, and innovation into a new way of preserving love, giving it a form that can be seen, held, and carried forward.

Calm, sharp, and always looking beyond the obvious. Having built successful businesses before LOYA, Emile brings the entrepreneurial vision and disciplined execution needed to turn an extraordinary idea into a company with purpose.
Together with Louise, he turned the belief that LOYA needed to exist into reality, ensuring every diamond reflects the quality, innovation, and care that the story behind it deserves.
